By making the purchase you accept all the terms and conditions described below.

Refund, returns, exchanges policy

  • There are no exchanges, returns, or refunds once a purchase and payment is made.
  • Please review all garment photos, size, and description for a safe purchase

Shipping policy

  • Orders are processed within 5 days.
  • DHL shipping: Orders arrive within 3 to 6 days for orders in the USA/Canada and 6 to 9 days for the rest of the world.
  • National postal mail: Orders arrive within 2 to 3 weeks for orders to the USA and 3 to 4 weeks for orders to the rest of the world (We are not responsible for delivery delays)
  • All packages arrive at their destination, please once we ship your order, pay attention to your package tracking, email or messages. If the package is returned because there was no one to receive it at your home or pick it up at a nearby post office, there will be no option for a claim or refund.
  • Double-check that your shipping information is entered correctly. It's important to add an email address that you have continuous access to, as DHL or your country's postal service will use this email address to contact you regarding delivery.

Customs Duties & Taxes

  • You may have to pay import taxes to your country's customs  for your order to clear customs.
  • The total amount to pay is determined by your country's customs regulations (we suggest you search online on the official website of your country's customs).
  • DHL will act as an intermediary for the payment of these taxes and will contact you by email.
  • We don't collect these taxes when making a purchase on our website.
  • It's the customer's responsibility to pay these import duties taxes. If payment is not made, the package will not clear customs, and there will be no option for a claim or refund.

Important: Orders to Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and Singapore are import tax free. 

 

IMPORT TAXES FOR ORDERS TO THE USA:

  • If you choose Serpost or USPS shipping, taxes are covered (you won't have to pay anything extra for your delivery). Serpost (Peru's postal service) has an agreement with USPS regarding taxes and shipping.
  •  If you choose DHL shipping, by US law, US Customs will charge you import taxes, which can range from $20 to $39 USD depending on the number of items purchased. DHL will act as an intermediary so you can pay these taxes through a courier service.
