Shipping process

-Orders shipped by DHL arrive within 3 to 7 days.

-Orders are processed for shipping within 5 business days.

-Once your order is processed for shipping, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email  and the tracking number.

• All packages arrive at their destination, please once we ship your order, pay attention to your package tracking, email or messages. If the package is returned because there was no one to receive it at your home or pick it up at a nearby post office, the package will be returned and there will be no option for a claim or refund.

 CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES

• All product prices listed on our website do not include customs duties, import taxes, or any additional fees that may be applied by your country’s customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery.

-Australia, New Zealand are import tax-free at customs for orders under 600USD

-Singapur are import tax-free at customs for orders under 300USD

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

• All sales are final. There are no changes,refunds or returns once payment and purchase have been made, please check the product description, size, photos and details before making your purchase.
• We don't accept returns or refunds for sizing issues. But we'll offer a 20% discount as a sorry gift.
